Return & Refund Policy
At BEAR FRUIT, every piece is made with purpose. We want you to love what you wear, and we're here to make it right if something isn't perfect.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at admon.bearfruit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange before returning your item.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
