Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our site for current promotions.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — stay connected with us for updates.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email] with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BEAR FRUIT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
